Each postcard is an original hand-painted watercolor artwork created on premium fine art postcard stock using professional artist-grade materials. Because watercolor remains sensitive to moisture, please keep your artwork away from liquids, excessive humidity, and damp environments.

 

To help preserve its beauty for years to come, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause colors to fade over time.

 

Whether displayed, gifted, collected, or sent to someone special, we recommend handling your postcard with care and using protective packaging if mailing. The studio is not responsible for damage caused by water exposure, improper handling, or environmental conditions after delivery.

Because each piece is an original, hand-painted artwork and often one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

 

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before placing your order. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please refer to our Damage in Transit Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@byjoytorres.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the item(s).

 

Once the damage has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (where possible), store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

 

Claims submitted without photographs or outside the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for resolution.
