Hello, art lover!
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by colors, lines, and drawings. I vividly remember my grandfather (Lolo Marcing) sketching figures on whatever scrap paper he could find. Once he finished, I would eagerly add the final touches—pretty sleeves, little ribbons, buttons, and all the details I could imagine. Every time Lolo Marcing picked up a piece of paper, I’d rush over, knowing something exciting was about to happen.

I was born in the Philippines in 1993. My earliest artistic exposure came through journalism—particularly editorial cartooning for our school paper during my intermediate years. I also participated in competitions for poster-making and editorial cartooning, continuing to create posters all the way through college.

Although I pursued a degree in Tourism Management and worked in roles far removed from the visual arts, I gained valuable life experiences along the way. But it wasn’t until 2020, when the world seemed to pause, that I reconnected with my first love: art. During the pandemic, I began painting again—starting on leather purses and bags, then eventually on canvas. I’ve since worked on murals and portrait commissions, exploring watercolor, acrylic, and oil painting.

In 2023, I moved to New Zealand, and that leaped my artistic journey. I’ve become more in tune with myself, nature, and my creative voice than ever before. These days, I pour my energy into creating pieces that bring joy and inspiration to others. I also share my life with my supportive husband Dominique and our four playful cockatiels—Lalo, Tuco, Walter, and Jesse—who have become unexpected and delightful muses in my recent works.

Art has always been a source of fulfillment for me, and nothing compares to the feeling of spreading joy and inspiration through every piece I create.
